How it works
From applying to running the event.
Apply
Register your organisation with your name, work email, a password and your organisation name. We review applications before an organisation can publish an event.
Verify your email
Confirm your email address from the link we send. Verification and review are separate steps.
Review
Vroom staff review the application before you can publish an event or invite anyone. We will email you when a decision is made.
Build
Once approved, draw your route and stages, attach any documents or waivers participants need to agree to, and invite your roster.
Publish
Publishing checks the event is ready and, for a paid event, that it is paid for. Paying for an event does not publish it by itself — publishing is a separate, explicit step.
Invite
Send invitations. Each person gets a link; joining, downloading the app and getting ready for the drive is free for them.
Prepare
Participants install the app on a supported iPhone or Android phone, sign in, agree to whatever the event needs, and can save maps for offline use before the day.
Run
On the day, admitted participants appear on one live map while the event runs, and drivers get supported turn-by-turn navigation on their own phone.
