What white-label covers

  • Your own domain for the participant web pages (invitations, joining, account pages).
  • Your own sending domain and name for the emails participants receive.
  • Your theme — logo, colours and wording — on those participant web pages.

What it does not cover: the native iPhone and Android apps a driver installs stay branded as Vroom One. White-label changes what participants see on the web, not the installed app.

Setup

White-label is set up with our team — domain and sending-domain verification have dependencies (DNS, a verified sender) that take a little back-and-forth, and the contracted capacity and setup timeline are agreed with you directly. There is no self-service instant-activation button for it.
